At DiVERGE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
